Integrative therapy is an approach to psychotherapy that
combines different elements of specific therapies making
it one of the most effective forms of counselling.
A central part of counselling is around building a
relationship of trust; without the fear of being
dismissed, judged, or rejected.
Counselling tends to focus on how we feel emotionally
allowing us to reflect and validate our feelings.
